Ingredients and Quantity
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp. chopped basil
- 3 cups chopped firm tofu
- 2 pieces diced peppers (red, bell)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Turmeric, to taste
- 2 cups chopped cherry tomatoes
- 2 chopped onions
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Basil leaves, for garnishing
Direction
- Place a greased skillet on medium and warm the pan.
- Put on bell peppers together with onions, prepare for five minutes.
- Put in tofu, cayenne, salt, and turmeric.
- Cook an additional eight minutes.
- Garnish with basil. Serve and enjoy!
