Banana Steel Oats

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey
How To:
  1. Take a saucepan and add half the banana, whisk in almond milk, ground cinnamon.
  2. Season with sunflower seeds.
  3. Stir until the banana is mashed well, bring the mixture to a boil and stir in oats.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the oats are tender.
  5. Dice the remaining half of banana and put on the top of the oatmeal.
  6. Enjoy!
