Amaranth Porridge

Ingredients and Quantity
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 cup amaranth
  • 2 cups alkaline water
  • 2 cups almond milk
Direction

  1. Pour the water together with the milk into a pot.
  2. Place on medium hot temperature and allow to boil. 
  3. Stir in amaranth and turn down the hot temperature to a low level.
  4. Stew for half an hour mixing every now and then. 
  5. Take off hot temperature, add in copra oil and cinnamon.
  6. Stir well, serve warm. Enjoy!
