Healthy Carrot Chips

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups carrots, sliced paper thin rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch of sunflower seeds
How To:
  1.   Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2.   Slice carrot into paper thin shaped coins using a peeler.
  3.   Place slices in a bowl and toss with oil and spices.
  4.   Lay out the slices on a parchment paper, lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5.   Sprinkle sunflower seeds.
  6.   Transfer to oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7.   Remove and serve.
  8.   Enjoy!
