Chicken Quesadilla

Cook Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 20 slices bacon, center-cut
2 cups grilled chicken, sliced

How To:
  1.   Re-heat your oven to 400 degrees
  2.  Line baking sheet using parchment paper.
  1.   Weave bacon into two rectangles and bake for 30 minutes.
  1.   Lay grilled chicken over bacon square, drizzling ranch dressing on top.
  1.   Sprinkle cheddar cheese and top with another bacon square.
  1.   Bake for 5 minutes more.
  1.   Slice and serve.
  1.   Enjoy!
