Ingredients:
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
 - ¾ pound asparagus, trimmed
 - ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
 - Sunflower seeds and pepper to taste
 
How To:
- Place a skillet over medium heat add olive oil and let it heat up.
 - Add asparagus, sauté for 5 minutes until browned.
 - Season with sunflower seeds and pepper.
 - Remove heat.
 - Add walnuts and toss.
 - Serve warm!
