Ingredients and Quantity
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 3 drops liquid stevia
- 1/2 cup barley
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Direction
- Mix the stevia, one half cup almond milk, and barley in a bowl.
- Place in the refrigerator, covered for six hours.
- Take out of the refrigerator and mix in the remaining milk.
- Pour into a saucepan and place on medium.
- Allow mixture to cook for five minutes. Serve and enjoy!
