Banana Porridge

Ingredients and Quantity
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 3 drops liquid stevia
  • 1/2 cup barley
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Direction

  1. Mix the stevia, one half cup almond milk, and barley in a bowl. 
  2. Place in the refrigerator, covered for six hours. 
  3. Take out of the refrigerator and mix in the remaining milk.
  4. Pour into a saucepan and place on medium.
  5. Allow mixture to cook for five minutes. Serve and enjoy!
