Ingredients:
- 10 ounces chicken livers
- 1-ounce onion, chopped
- 2 ounces sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sunflower seeds to taste
How To:
- Take a pan and place it over medium heat.
- Add oil and let it heat up.
- Add onions and fry until just browned.
- Add livers and season with sunflower seeds.
- Cook until livers are half cooked.
- Transfer the mix to a stew pot.
- Add sour cream and cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
