Hearty Chicken Liver Stew

Ingredients:
  • 10 ounces chicken livers
  • 1-ounce onion, chopped
  • 2 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sunflower seeds to taste
How To:
  1.   Take a pan and place it over medium heat.
  2.   Add oil and let it heat up.
  3.   Add onions and fry until just browned.
  4.   Add livers and season with sunflower seeds.
  5.   Cook until livers are half cooked.
  6.   Transfer the mix to a stew pot.
  7.   Add sour cream and cook for 20 minutes.
  8.   Serve and enjoy!
